Our vehicle tracking system is active as standard in all shipments. The vehicle's real-time location can be tracked from our mobile app and customer portal; you receive automatic notifications at critical stages such as border crossing, customs approval and delivery.

Our operations team prepares a daily status report for each shipment — position, expected arrival, delay reasons (if any) and next step. The report can be sent via email or WhatsApp.
