Project logistics covers the coordinated delivery to site of all equipment, parts and modules required for the installation of a power plant, factory or infrastructure investment. Unlike standard shipments, there are separate shipment plans, pre-route studies, escort, permit and insurance processes for each part.

Delivery of cargo such as turbines, generators, transformers, modular plant equipment, prefabricated building elements from Turkey and Ukraine to CIS, European and Central Asian sites — managed with a dedicated project manager, milestone tracking and regular progress reports.
